Ingredients

  • 2cl traditional mead
  • 3.5cl French vodka
  • 1.5cl passion fruit juice
  • 5cl passion fruit purée
  • 1 shot of champagne
  • ice cubes

Preparation

  • Pour all the ingredients except the champagne into a shaker.
  • Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously for 20/30 seconds
  • Serve in a martini glass with a shot of champagne alongside, to refresh the palate and take advantage of the cocktail's qualities.
