Ingredients
- 2cl traditional mead
- 3.5cl French vodka
- 1.5cl passion fruit juice
- 5cl passion fruit purée
- 1 shot of champagne
- ice cubes
Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients except the champagne into a shaker.
- Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously for 20/30 seconds
- Serve in a martini glass with a shot of champagne alongside, to refresh the palate and take advantage of the cocktail's qualities.
