Since 2018, this mead enthusiast has been creating his beverages using traditional and sustainable methods.

The meads produced by LA soif du temps have received numerous awards: best mead in France in all categories at the UNAF (Union Nationale de l'Apiculture Française) competition in 2021 and 2022, and best sparkling mead in 2023!

This producer's meads are made from single-flower honeys from French beekeepers and processed near Toulouse.

The aim is to restore mead to its former glory and show that it has a place on every table.

The honeys used are: acacia, chestnut, lime and rhododendron.

This selection of honeys gives rise to meads that offer new taste experiences. From mild meads made with acacia honey to the intensity of a mead made with chestnut honey, the range of sensations is varied.
