Ingredients

• 2cl elderberry mead
• 4cl gin
• 2cl vermouth
• 2 drops Angostura
• Champagne

Preparation

• Pour all the ingredients except the champagne into a large mixing glass.
• Serve in a champagne glass
• Top up with champagne
