- 3 whole eggs
- 60g of sugar
- 4 to 6 slices of stale bread
- 5 to 6 cl of Hypocras white or red
- ¼ liter of milk
- 30g of butter
- Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, then add vanilla and Hypocras.
- Soak the bread in the appliance until it is thoroughly soaked and cook in a frying pan.
- Sprinkle sugar on the slices when cooking, this will caramelize. Sprinkle with Hypocras when serving.
