• 3 whole eggs
  • 60g of sugar
  • 4 to 6 slices of stale bread
  • 5 to 6 cl of Hypocras white or red
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 30g of butter
  • vanilla


  • Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, then add vanilla and Hypocras.
  • Soak the bread in the appliance until it is thoroughly soaked and cook in a frying pan.
  • Sprinkle sugar on the slices when cooking, this will caramelize. Sprinkle with Hypocras when serving.
