North Mead white peach mead is made by macerating white peaches in mead. No peach liqueur or peach juice is added; the peaches macerate directly in the mead.
This cuvée of arrangedmead resolutely evokes summer with its scents and taste of summer fruit.
The peach gives this mead its delicate, white-fruit flavour, which is light, discreet and well-balanced, combining perfectly with the natural honeyed flavour of the mead.
The result is a fine, elegant mead.
