This mead is ideal for those who want to discover mead in a playful or original way. Low in alcohol (4.5% vol.), sparkling and fragrant, it can be drunk chilled as an aperitif or with a dessert.
The attack is fresh and perfumed and highlights the sweetness and lightness of the lime tree. The taste of honey, typical of mead, develops in the aftertaste. The bubbles are fine, tickling the palate and developing the aromas of lime blossom.
The sensations are original with first the smell of lime blossom, then the dry side of the product (extra raw mead) and finally the honeyed finish.
Bulle de ruche Tilleul is an "extra brut" mead. It is a lightly alcoholic drink (4.5% Vol), sparkling and natural, resulting from a pure fermentation of lime tree honey.
This lightly alcoholic sparkling mead (4.5% Vol) is made from lime tree honey. Extra raw and sparkling, it can be drunk chilled as an aperitif or during festive events.
Lime tree honey comes from the Halatte forest (Oise).
