Secret de Naïades is a smooth mead made from a subtle blend of light, prestigious honeys. It develops delicate, fruity notes and enhances the honeys harvested in the Occitanie region.
Acacia and lime blossom are among the ingredients used to make this mellow mead. This selection of honeys gives it delicate fruity notes balanced by a slight acidity.
Secret de Naïades pairs well with foie gras, smoked salmon, Peking duck, Cabécou cheese or spit-roasted cake, for example.
It is also perfect as an aperitif.
Although it can be drunk immediately, it can be aged in the cellar for a few years.
Ideal serving temperature: 11°C.
