North Mead coffee mead is made by macerating coffee beans. No coffee liqueur or espresso is added; the coffee beans from Brazil are macerated in the mead.

This cuvée of mead is complex in terms of both taste and production. Numerous trials were necessary to find the right variety, the right dosage and the optimum maceration time for the coffee so as not to add too much bitterness to the mead.

The result is surprising, delicate and original. The resulting mead is delicious and complex, with the deliciousness of the mead perfectly softening the bitterness of the Brazilian coffee.
