Hypocras

Our 2 artisanal hypocras : one based on red wine and the other on white wine (also called Clairet) are very appreciated by our customers.

Judged excellent and delicious, our hypocras are made according to recipes from the Middle Ages. Based on wine, honey and spices, they are sweet, mild and spicy at the same time. So many original flavours that you can enjoy them as an aperitif or with desserts (cakes and fruit). The spicy flavours combined with the sweetness of the honey will provide you with a new taste experience.
