Before the discovery of spices, wines were flavoured with fruit, herbs, flowers or plants.
Here we offer you a range of wines based on red fruits: cherry, blackberry, raspberry, redcurrant, red plum, but also made from various plants: sage, dandelion and even flowers such as rose.
The flavours and tastes of all these wines are therefore varied and differ from hypocras by their sweetness.
