Valhalla Aesir draws its inspiration from the meads drunk in ancient times by great men such as Julius Caesar.
Aesir's colour is straw yellow with golden hues, clean and bright.
This mead develops aromas of ripe white and stone fruits, even tropical, which are repeated in retro-olfaction with tree bark.
On the palate, it is semi-dry, with a good finish and a long aftertaste with subtle notes of honey. Wine lovers will find sensations that remind them of their favourite whites. Ideal as an aperitif or with tapas.
