Cuvée “Image Innée” is a good first approach for mead neophytes.

Its color is pale and limpid, with straw-yellow highlights. Cuvée “Image Innée” is very expressive on opening, with floral notes of Spanish broom, iris and yuzu blossom. Notes of balsamic, eucalyptus, Sichuan pepper and mint blossom follow. The palate is tactile and delicate, with great purity. The saline finish is thirst-quenching. Cuvée “Image Innée” will delight the taste buds with monkfish in sauce or gyoza ramen.
