March'H is a semi-dry chouchen. It therefore has a low natural sugar content.

Its slightly "green", fruity taste comes from its maturation in barrels. It is fermented and matured on its lees for a minimum of 18 months without changing barrels during the process. It is not blended. Like other slow-fermenting chouchens, it is a product for keeping. You can keep it for a long time in the bottle.

Chouchen Marc'H is very pleasant chilled, as an aperitif with friends.
