Valhalla Double honey, was also called honeydew in ancient times.
Intense old gold colour, very shiny.
It is made from a large amount of natural honey. It has an intense floral aroma and a bright, old gold colour resulting from the honey from which it is made, giving way to aromas of dried figs and sultanas.
Flower-flavoured mead
Its intense honey flavour is sweet and fresh without being overpowering, intense and persistent.
As well as being a perfect accompaniment to desserts at any meal, it can be enjoyed with a good goat's cheese, generously spread with any kind of jam.
